Communication & Technology Service Providers: Where you request communication via third-party messaging or video platforms (such as WhatsApp, Zoom, or video conferencing tools), your contact details and message history will be processed through these services. Messaging services like WhatsApp are operated by Meta Platforms and feature end-to-end encryption. By opting to communicate with us via WhatsApp, you acknowledge that your information will be processed in accordance with the service provider’s privacy practices and terms.

International Transfers: Some travel partners, hotels, and operational service providers operate outside the United Kingdom, including in India, Sri Lanka, Bhutan, and Nepal. Therefore, where your personal and special category data is transferred to our ground partners in these destinations, we do so strictly under the derogation of Article 49(1)(b) of the UK GDPR (the transfer is objectively necessary for the performance of your travel contract). We share only the minimum data required to execute your ground arrangements safely.

Please note that once personal data is shared with independent third-party suppliers (such as airlines, international hotels, or local service providers) necessary for the fulfillment of your travel arrangements, they process such data in accordance with their own privacy policies and terms as independent data controllers.

Sensitive Category Data (such as health conditions or mobility requirements) is shared with relevant Principals and End Suppliers strictly to the extent necessary to ensure your safety and fulfill your specific travel requirements.
